The room with the beds was fine.
I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The shower head was coming out from the wall, which made it hard to use. Additionally, the kitchen appliances were dirty, especially the stove, which was sticky and old.

Affordable option with convenient beach access right across the street, ideal for spontaneous adventures. The heated pool offered a nice respite after a long day in the sun, making it a solid choice for families looking to relax.
The surroundings showed their age, with some rooms bearing unmade beds and worn-out linens, which might turn off the cleanliness enthusiasts. A few cockroaches were spotted during my stay, likely more common due to the dated facilities. The kitchen lacked essential utensils, like extra cutlery and adequate cleaning supplies, leaving me to question the overall utility.

Recommend it for family with kids
The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. The amenities like the pool and the beach access were perfect for a family vacation, giving me a chance to relax while my kids splashed around.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still okay for what I got.

I stayed in a Queen Studio with Kitchen. The space was decent, and I appreciated having hot water and cold A/C. The kitchenette had a fridge, which was cool for storing drinks. However, there were some cleanliness issues, like sticky surfaces and some fixtures needing fixing. The desk clerk was super nice and even got me a bottle opener!

The kitchenette had decent amenities like a fridge perfect for storing snacks after long days. The room had hot water and cold air conditioning, which I appreciated. The desk clerk was accommodating and friendly, making the check-in process easy. However, there were significant cleanliness issues throughout. The shower head came out from the wall, making it an inconvenience to use. The stove was sticky and dirty, and there was rust in the kitchen area. I expected more attention to detail in housekeeping. Also, the cabinet doors in the kitchenette were unhinged, which was frustrating. Basic flatware consisted of just one knife, one spoon, and one fork, which was hardly sufficient. Overall, I felt the room could have used a thorough cleaning and some maintenance to ensure a better stay.

Good value for a quick beach getaway
I stayed in a Queen Studio Kitchen, and it was a great budget-friendly option. The room had a decent fridge which was perfect for storing snacks after a long day, and both hot water and cold air conditioning worked well during my stay. The desk clerk was also friendly and accommodating, which improved my experience. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues that could use attention.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The heated pool was a hit after beach days, and we loved the easy access across the street. Close to Port Everglades too. Bob, the manager, was super nice and really made our experience better.
One downside was that the power points in the kitchen were unsafe and uncovered, which was a bit concerning.
